Born February 7, 1961 – Homicide Detective – Seattle Police Department. Initially called to investigate the brutal murder of a young girl whose body was found behind a dumpster at the Pike Place Market, he befriends Miles. They work together off and on as complementary investigators, Miles as a regular Patrol officer and later on as a narcotics detective.

Terry is instrumental in tracking down Jenny Young’s killer and initiating an arrest warrant that starts the revolving door of injustice spinning. Later on, Terry initiates the arrest of Miles for serial murder.

Physical Description: Caucasian – male – 5 foot 9 inches – 197 lbs – overweight – clean shaven – eyes brown – nose broad and flat – dumpy appearance – mindful of the TV character portrayed by Peter Falk in Columbo.
